Just because you haven’t got time for a sit-down meal at the Tokumaru restaurant on the 2nd floor of Solaris doesn’t mean you have to go without your fix of Japanese food altogether. Throughout Japan, but particularly in its big cities, takeaway and eating on the run are an everyday part of life.
