You might think that in today’s fast-food world, there’s nothing new left to invent. A bun with a patty – otherwise known as a burger – has been globally known for over a hundred years, and even a toddler could recognize a pizza. So what’s left to surprise anyone with in this field? Well, maybe not with the shape – but definitely with the contents. We’ve set our sights on handcrafted sausages served inside a long bun.

The sizzle of fried onions on the pan, tossed with slices of pepperoni and strips of meat, all tucked into a soft roll, topped with grated cheese and a generous splash of sauce. Or maybe a bold combo of spicy crispy chicken and blue cheese… or sweet roasted bell pepper paired with a juicy grilled sausage.

And the house sauces – those are classified, like the recipe of a certain world-famous soda. But they’re what give our sandwiches that final, addictive flavor kick. You don’t have to love America, but Bill the Butcher’s American-style sandwiches are hard not to fall in love with.
